Nick Hogan has been spotted partying at night in South Beach while the passenger in his car accident remains in critical conditions. The accident occurred Aug 29th and John Graziano, 22, still remains at St. Petersburg Hospital. Graziano was evaluated by a registered nurse who claims that he only has gag reflects and responds to a pinch. Graziano's pupils have no response to light which is a sign of blindness. Graziano's doctor H. Bushnell Clarke reports that "his prognosis remains guarded and that he will most likely spend the remainder of his life in a nursing home." Graziano's condition was also described as living on life support his entire life.
Not only is John Graziano in a coma but his parents are fighting over temporary guardianship. The courts granted his mother Debra Graziano temporary custody of her son John. According to Steven Hearn, an attorney for John's father Edward Graziano, the Hogans are allegely financially supporting the whole situation attempting to avoid a potential lawsuit. Rumor has it that Debra has all expenses paid for her to live in a nearby townouse and all medical bills for John are being taken care of under the care of the Hogans.
Whether or not Nick Hogan was speeding is still under investigation but if convicted he can face up to life in prison for attempted manslauder.
