Keith Urban has made yet another stop on his 2007 concert tour to stop at the Bank Atlantic Center on Saturday, Decemeber 8. With fans ranging from teenagers up to the elderly, with everybody very excited to see his opening act Taylor Swift. She is an amazing eighteen year old country singer famously known for her song Tears on My Guitar.
Fans never sat down the entire show, having Taylor open the show with her adorable smile and guitar slung over shoulder there is no possible way fans couldn't love her. After Taylor, Keith Urban had some of his music videos play on the screen for the audience to view while they setup his stage.
When the lights went low and you heard his voice, the screams were so loud like you were at a Hannah Montana concert. I will admit, this was my first time seeing Keith in concert and I had no idea what songs he sang. But he is such an amazing performer and has alot of hits. He seemed so down to earth and kept talking to the audience like we were his friends.

LOCAL RADIO STATION ATTRACTS THOUSANDS TO FREE CONCERT
Local radio station WRMF 97.9 offered to listeners to attend a free concert at City Place in West Palm Beach. The weather for the free concert called Snow Ball was anything but cold. Having the concert start on Friday, Nov. 30 with Grammy nominated artist Vanessa Carlton and Ingrid Michaelson.
Then Colbie Caillat with special guests Graham Colton and The Last Goodnight performed on Saturday, Dec. 1. Colbie Caillat is famously known for her song called 'Bubbly' and has been all over VH1 with her music video. The Last Goodnight is a more modern rock band that has a combination of Daughtry and Green Day combined. Over 8,500 listeners arrived to rock out with these artists for the free concert in the courtyard in between Starbucks and the waterfall bridge. After the concert, the fans were able to meet and greet the artists. My friend stayed and got to meet both artists and said they signed autographs for every fan that was in line. I hope they will stay that humble once they are winning Grammys.

DAUGHTRY LEAVES AMA'S WITH HANDFUL OF AWARDS
Daughtry takes home every American Music Award he was nominated for this year. Between Carrie Underwood and Daughtry, what would the AMA's done if these American Idol contestants were not discovered?

Sean ''Diddy'' Combs has been creating yet another reality show. Now he is going to have another season of Making the Band 4, Season 2, which throws winners from past incarnations together to make an album.
The band members have been living since late November in an $8.5 million bayfront mansion in Miami Beach that includes a rooftop pool, dance floor, listening room and mini-golf course: Danity Kane, the platinum-selling that was the show's third season band. Then Diddy added the five member all male group from Making the Band 4 to live together. So will the all boy or all girl group win?
The groups have been spotted out partying with Diddy at South Beach's club Mansion. Now keep in mind, one member in the boy group is underage, so how is he able to attend a strict 21 and older night club? I hope Diddy is aware of the laws for providing alcohol to minors.

NICK LACHEY COMES TO MIAMI FOR ALL WORK AND NO PLAY
In town working on his new collection of ballads, Nick Lachey checked into the Delano on Tuesday night sans girlfriend Vanessa Minillo.
Instead of hitting the Tuesday night Tommy Pooch-Alan Roth scenefest, Lachey politely declined Pooch's invite to party and instead headed up to his room.
Nick woke up bright and early Wednesday and headed to the Hit Factory where he spent most of the day before checking out on Friday afternoon. What we wonder is: does the Hit Factory always turn out hits? We hope so for Nick's sake!

MTV SCOOPS UP ANOTHER LOCAL FOR AN MTV REALITY SHOW
If you even turn on MTV once a day, you are bond to catch MTV's new reality show A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila. The show is basically about Tila Tequila a well known model of Penthouse, Maxim and Stuff Magazine. MTV granted Tila her own reality show having her unsure of her sexuality. She recently discovered she was bisexual so the show has half the contestants that are straight guys and half lesbians that are given 'a shot at love.'
The show is down to the final two contestants and one of them is from Deerfield Beach, FL. Her name is Dani Campbell and she is a lesbian who is trying to show Tila that her shot at love is with her. As a contestant on the show, Dani has been very quiet and not into the fights and arguments the other girls were having daily. She did speak her mind but when it came to drama, she stayed away.
Now in the final two, Dani has stepped up her game. She is in competition with another guy named Bobby; both of which Tila has met their families. When Tila came down to meet Dani’s family in Deerfield, she gave her Grandma Betty a lap dance in the living room! It was quite shocking to me and probably a lot of other viewers of the show too. Also when Tila came to visit Dani, they showed Dani’s workplace which is the fire station off i95 and 10th Street in Deerfield Beach. It is just very exciting to see how the cameras spiced up how everything is on the beach when we all know that fire house is nowhere near the beach.

LOCAL MODEL GETS THE HEAT ON VH1 REALITY SHOW
As I mentioned before in my blog, I interned this summer at Irene Marie Modeling Agency in Miami Beach. Irene Marie has a model named Brett Novek who was casted on the VH1 new reality show America's Most Smartest Model. Each week the models have to compete in competitions to prove they have 'brains and beauty.'
Each week Brett showed he had what it took to be America's Most Smartest Model. He even had a little battle with one of the judges when they stated to him 'You obviously have never done runway before because your walk sucked and your serious face is pathetic.' Obviously Brett did give them a piece of his mind, having the judges look very shocked that he spoke back to them. In the end, Brett was not eliminated from that episode but VH1 had you fooled to think he was going to be.
Sadly in episode 9, Brett was not able to win a competition of putting together a go-cart engine so he lost the challenge. Since Brett had lost the challenge when he went to the judges table, they had eliminated him stating that he did not have what it takes to be America's Most Smartest Model.
Since the show, Brett has had so much exposure that his myspace friend requests are in the hundreds with fans wishing he was still on the show. In my heart, I will always know that Brett Novek is America's Smartest and Hottest Model.

JENNIFER LOPEZ ADMITS SHES PREGNANT
At the final date of Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez's tour in Miami, J. Lo admits she's expecting. With speculation whirling around for months that she is pregnant, she finally admits it! I think she had done this because she wanted the media's attention by keeping it a secret. The media watched every outfit she wore and what she bought when shopping to create gossip. J. Lo has not had alot of media attention since she married Marc Anthony.
I feel that the couple not telling the press much about their love life made them more wanted for interviews and photoshoots. Obviously it worked but I am not sure what they will do once the baby is born.
Will it be another Tom and Katie mystery of what the baby looks like? Or will we have a Britney Spears baby that is always shown in the media? The world shall soon find out, since J. Lo is about 6 months pregnant!

NEW HOLLYWOOD COUPLE GETS COZY IN THE VERSACE MANSION
According to my sources actress Rachel Bilson and boyfriend Hayden Christensen checked in Casa Casuarina Tuesday night where, according to our snitch, “They had a romantic night that was planned by Bilson--- the couple stayed in the Mansion’s $4,000 a night Safari suite."
Rachel Bilson was dating Adam Brody, former co-star from The OC for over three years and recently split. Since the split, Rachel has been seen on dates with several actors but Hayden has been the one she has chosen.
The couple has kept their relationship very private which is not something Bilson has done with previous relationships.
I found a really funny video of Bilson in her car telling jokes. Beware it's very cheesy yet comical at the same time.

SHAQ AND WIFE SHAUNIE ARE HEADING TO SPLITVILLE
With four children and five years of marriage, Shaq and Shaunie are calling it quits. According to documents, the couple has a prenupital agreement and sealed under court request. In Shaq's decision for a divorce, he claims that Shaunie has been 'secretive about her assets..having alot of certain properties made in only her name.' O'Neil currently makes about $20 million a year playing for the Miami Heat and that is not including all his endorsements. The couple's home in Miami Beach's private Star Island is on the market for $32 million.
I think that Shaq should divorce Shaunie especially if she is being sneaky about investments she is putting in her name. If he caught her doing this, what else has she done without him knowing? A marriage is based upon trust and if you can't trust your wife with your money then you should get a divorce. It is sad that it had to come to a divorce but she caused the marriage to get to this point.
I posted a video of Shaq slam dunking a basket and having the hoop break on him. This is why he is paid the big bucks.

THE REAL GOSSIP GIRL STAR IN TOWN FOR PHOTOSHOOT
Blake Lively, star of CW hit show Gossip Girl checked into the Ritz Carlton in Miami Beach. Lively was in town for the weekend to shoot the cover of Teen Vogue. This will be her second magazine cover for the show Gossip Girl, her first cover was Cosmo Girl.
Blake Lively is best known for playing Bridget in “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants,” but is now being identified from Gossip Girl as Serena van der Woodsen, a troubled, socialite teen. Gossip Girl is based off the popular book series written by Cecily von Ziegesar.
In recent gossip, Lively and co-star Leighton Meester who plays Blake Waldorf rival of Lively is jealous that Lively is receiving more media attention then her. Originally Meester was casted as the main character but Lively has blown producers away with her performance that she has received more lines.
Time will show whether the two are true friends at the upcoming award shows in Decemeber.

ROSIE MIGHT MAKE A COMEBACK TO TV
Our hometown Miami diva Rosie O’Donnell is rumored that she is in negotiations with MSNBC for her own show. Rosie is in talks to have a primetime 9pm slot which puts her in competition with Fox News “Hannity and Colmes" and CNN's "Larry King Live." Currently Rosie does not contain a popular reputation with the public post her few months working on The View.
Since Rosie has been off the View, she has been very busy taking care of her four adopted children. All of them ranging in ages from 6 to 13. Rosie was also spotted with former member of *nsync Lance Bass book signing in South Beach this past weekend.
Only time will tell us whether or not Rosie is able to redeem her reputation by receiving her own television show.

HOGAN CHARGED WITH DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Clearwater Police Department released details pretaining to Nick Hogan's accident on Aug 26. Cops have sited that Nick was drinking the night of the accident.
According to TMZ.com, In addition to Nick being arrested for reckless driving involving serious bodily injury, cops also cited Hogan for use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony, a person under the age of 21 operating a vehicle with a breath-alcohol level of .02 or higher and having an illegal window tint.
In the police report, Hogan was speeding at 60 mph in a 40 mph zone when he spun out and hit a tree.
Attached is a youtube video I found of Nick Hogan racing his car at the track. It's very obvious that he enjoys speeding and driving out of control. On the track, you can see how Nick's car drifts alot because he is going to fast to make the turns. Maybe this whole situation has opened his eyes to reality.

HOGAN PROVIDES COPS WITH DRUG TEST
On Oct. 16th, the Clearwater Police Department released a statement stating that they were waiting on the alcohol and drug test results for Nick Hogan. According to TMZ, in the investigation report it is noted that the roads were very wet and the driver (Hogan) was not using caution.

The cops will have an answer on whether or not to press charges for drugs or alcohol being related to the accident by Nov. 1st.
After this accident occurred the Hogan family who new residents to Miami Beach have moved back to Clearwater. I am not sure if I were the Hogan family that I could allow my son to ever drive a car again. As you probably remember, Nick Hogan a 17 year old boy got into a car accident that now has his friend on life support for over a month now. I would not know how to live with myself if I knew my friend was in that state because of me. In a few weeks things for the Hogan family can either be better or just get worse. Let's pray that John can get out of his coma and not fall into a worst condition.

RICKY MARTIN TAKES OVER THE FILMORE IN A SOLD OUT SHOW
In Miami Beach on Oct. 10th, Ricky Martin was the first entertainer to perform at the new Filmore at the Jackie Gleason Theater. After Ricky's performance, the mayor of Miami Beach presented Martin with a key to the city.
"I've been in Miami living as a resident of Miami Beach for the last 10 years, and it is an honor. I love this place, I love this city and I will talk about Puerto Rico and, of course, about Miami Beach everywhere I go," Martin states in a press conference late Wednesday afternoon in regards to getting a key.
The Filmore located off 17th St. is a city owned venue that has a seating capacity of 2,500. The former Jackie Gleason Theater was under construction for about a year and underwent $4 million in renovations including a new sound system.

The 17 year old who made Billaboard Top 100 with his hit Beautiful Girl is in Miami filming his latest music video. The video for Take You There is being filmed in just 16 hours at various locations. Some locations used in the music video include the International Hotel in Miami Beach, a convenience store located off Northeast Second Avenue and a Little Haiti nightclub.
According to 305 Films, the concept of the music video is based upon a Midwestern teengage girl on vacation with her parents in Miami Beach. The girl in the video is very bored watching tourists and Sean Kingston comes to take her to a more exciting, 'harder side' of Miami. The 'harder side' of Miami consist of children sitting on milk crates outside a convenience store, neighborhood children rooming the streets and muscle-cars and motorcycles that are 'pimped out.' The video is due out in late November.

AMERICAS SMARTEST MODEL CONTESTANT LIVES IN SOUTH FLORIDA
VH1's hit reality television show America's Smartest Model has a local model Brett Novek from Fort Lauderdale. This model is employeed at my current internship Irene Marie Model Management in South Beach.
Does Brett Novek have what it takes to be the smartest model? Being a college graduate from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Marketing, Brett has an advantage to alot of the models on the show. Since I have met Brett, I am aware that he is very intelligent so let's see if he plays the 'dumb model' for a while.
Below is a picture of myself goofing off at the agency. The comp card being held in the picture is Brett Novek. He was actually at the agency when we were taking these pictures of our favorite models. So he yelled for one of the interns to hold up his card too.

SOUTH BEACH IS INVADED BY CELEBRTIES THIS WEEKEND!
According to Michael "PlayBoy" Model, a club promoter in South Beach all the celebrities who use to party were out this weekend partying.
Victoria Secret supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio partied at Skybar's Redroom on Thursday, Oct. 11th. My friend Bradford who works at Redroom told me that Alessandra was wearing a plain white tank top, shorts and her hair was pulled up into a ponytail. Bradford also comments that she was very polite and tipped the bartenders very good.

USHER AND WIFE BROWSE AROUND SOUTH BEACH
Usher was spotted on Thursday, Oct. 11th purchasing a few gifts at Atrium boutique for his pregnant wife Tameka Foster. However, on Friday Usher returns but with his wife to exchange what he bought her. Tameka purchased sweatsuits, swim suits and flip flops.
The couple has been spotted around town for a few days now. Since the couple was staying at the Loews Hotel on Collins, they have been spotted holding hands and kissing each other. "They look very in love," says John Nuvala who was their server at News Cafe on Thursday.

NICK HOGANS FRIEND REMAINS ON LIFE SUPPORT
Nick Hogan has been spotted partying at night in South Beach while the passenger in his car accident remains in critical conditions. The accident occurred Aug 29th and John Graziano, 22, still remains at St. Petersburg Hospital. Graziano was evaluated by a registered nurse who claims that he only has gag reflects and responds to a pinch. Graziano's pupils have no response to light which is a sign of blindness. Graziano's doctor H. Bushnell Clarke reports that "his prognosis remains guarded and that he will most likely spend the remainder of his life in a nursing home." Graziano's condition was also described as living on life support his entire life.

KELLY CLARKSON COMING TO CONCERT
Kelly Clarkson in concert? Wasn't it just this past summer Kelly cancelled her tour due to low ticket sales and her record label pulling her album? Of course that did happen! However, it is all in the past because Kelly Clarkson has made peace with J Records.
According to Ticketmaster.com, Kelly's ticket sales are extremely high for a pop artist to have a fall tour at outdoor amphitheaters. For her album to still remain on the Billboard Top 100 is not surprising for Ms. Clarkson, who has a history of staying on the charts for a while.
Well if you are as excited as I am, Kelly is coming to Mizner Amphitheater in Boca Raton on Nov. 29th. I searched for tickets and there are still some seats close to the stage available.
So before the concert sells out and you miss this beautiful Grammy winner, go buy your tickets!
BRITNEY BREAKS DOWN
As mentioned in my previous blog, I had no idea what it was going to take for Britney to stop partying. On Oct. 1st, when Britney dropped the kids off at her ex husband's house, the courts declared Kevin full custody of the children. In a court order, the judge declared that Britney had to take weekly drug tests, attend parenting classes and was not able to drink alcohol the night before having the children. Also the judge ordered that both Britney and Kevin have valid drivers licenses in the state of California. Britney did not enroll in parenting classes, never took a drug test and had not applied for a California license.
Rumor has it: Britney is on suicide watch and has not returned to her home since the children were taken away from her. Every night she is staying at a new hotel.

PARTY LIKE A ROCKSTAR EVEN IF YOU ARE A MOM
Normally I am not a person to speak upon where I go on weekends and what occurred. However, this past weekend I was at Prive in South Beach and happened to run into Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, Diddy and other B Lister's.
Here are two pictures I took from our view in our VIP section.
Not the typical crowd that hangs around each other. Britney was downing her glasses of vodka like it was water while Paris sipped her vodka tonic drink majority of the night. It is sad to see that Britney was out once again drinking and partying when she's under watch for partying. Maybe the biweekly custody court dates with ex husband Kevin Federline are not having any effect on her party lifestyle. I wonder what will it take for her to eventually want to take care of her children?

BRAD PAISLEY MAKING SOME NOISE IN CONCERT
On Saturday, Sept. 22 Sound Advise Amphitheater by 11am looked like a concert was about to start any minute. But it was actually fans tailgating before the Brad Paisley concert. Brad Paisley is a 4 time Grammy nominee for 2006 and has had 5 hit singles. Brad is married to the beautiful actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley. Kimberly is known for her leading part as the daughter in the movie Father of the Bride.
Fans stream into the Amphitheater not because it was raining but to arrive on time to see the opening act Taylor Swift. Taylor is a very talented 17 year old with a few platinum records. From the moment Taylor stepped foot on the stage, the crowd went wild and sang along to every one of her songs, not the typical audience response to an opening act.
When Brad was introduced on stage, the fans of all ages cheered so loud, even after he appeared onstage. Playing all the hits from "Alcohol", "Celebrity" and "Little Moments" the crowd never once seemed to be tired from singing and dancing along.

The night ended with everybody leaving the concert singing loudly his lyrics throughout the parking lot. Yet another successful concert at Sound Advice.

NICK HOGAN'S PLEAD TO SPEEDING TICKET
E! online reports that Nick Hogan has plead no contest to going double the speed limit. This was a speeding ticket Nick was issued two weeks before his accident where he crashed his Toyota Supra. This morning, a judge ordered Hogan who did not show up to court a $73.50 for not wearing his seatbelt, to pay the maximum $1,000 fine and complete a 12 hour driving course in 90 days.
Time will only tell whether or not Nick Hogan has learned his lesson.

J.LO MAKING ROOM FOR TWO?
According to TheHollywoodGossip.com and other sources, Jennifer Lopez is expecting twins with husband Mark Anthony. No word on whether or not the rumors are true.
Recently Jennifer Lopez also known as J.Lo was spotted shopping for balloon dresses in Miami Beach's art deco area. Then later on that day, met with friends who had a few drinks while she drank water.
I will obviously keep you posted on what is going on with these A Lister's!

NICK HOGAN DOES NOT KNOW BEST
Nick Bollea, son of famous wrestler Hulk Hogan was apparently racing his Toyota Supra in Clearwater Aug. 29 when he crashed. Nick and passenger John Graziano were brought to the local hospital where Nick was released with minor bruises. However, the passenger Graziano was in critical condition. Law enforcement states that Nick Hogan could face charges of gross vehiclar manslaughter, if alcohol, drag racing or excessive speeding was involved.
Only having his license for a little over a year, this was not his first speeding incident or run in with the law. Bollea's first offense he was pulled over doing 115 mph in a 70 mph and went to traffic school for that ticket. His second offense, he got caught doing 57 in a 30 mph! A few weeks later Nick was caught doing 106 in a 70 mph.
Obviously our little Hulkie is not aware of the consequences you face when speeding.

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL CAST..ALL GROWN UP?
High School Musical is coming to the Bank Atlantic Center Thursday, Sept. 20. Also, there are several shows at the American Airlines in Miami. But don't be fooled, it's High School Musical on ice and not with the original cast. According to Ticketmaster, sales for HSM on ice did not sellout as expected after nude photos of cast member Vanessa Hudgens were released on the internet.

Apparently before Hudgens was famous, she sent several scandaleous and nude photos of herself to Nickelodeon star Drake Bell, the star of "Drake and Josh". However, a rep for Drake says that he never received such photos.

BEST OF BOTH WORLDS..THAT'S FOR SURE!
Disney's new "It Girl" Miley Cyrus (daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus)is selling out concerts around the world. Miley Cyrus has a show on Disney called Hannah Montana. The show is about Miley who is really Hannah Montana, a pop singer but nobody knows because Hannah wears a blonde wig. Kids can relate to the show because Miley is just a normal child but on weekends is a famous singer.
Miley Cyrus is coming to the Bank Atlantic Center in Sunrise. As an au pair to three children, I learned that this was the concert of the year. So I joined the Hannah Montana fan club for $30 a year which allows members to purchase tickets before the public. However, when the fan club tickets went on sale the closest seats were in section 410. Hannah Montana's fanclub sold over 8,500 tickets to fan club members! The Bank Atlantic Center only holds about 17,500 and that includes seats behind the stage.
So for Ms. Hannah Montana she is a lucky girl who's dream has come true.

2007 MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS
Since MTV made the bold move to relocate the Video Music Awards to Miami in 2004, ratings dropped. With the hurricanes that hit Miami in 2004 and 2005, MTV lost a lot of celebrities who refused to fly into a hurricane evacuated city. So from 2005 on, MTV is moving the VMA's around like a billaboard on wheels to a new city each year.
For this year in Las Vegas, what better way to gain viewers then by using Britney Spears! In 2007, Britney has gotten a divorce, shaved her head, went to rehab twice and been in the media probably more then when she was selling albums. We can all agree that Ms. Britney Spears has been busy and with all that going on, her album comes out in October.
Well if you happened to save your precious time by walking the dog or washing dishes instead of watching Britney Spears perform, I applaud you! However, since I figured you are dying to know what she wore, I attached a photo of the flattering outfit choice Ms. Britney chose to wear. With Ms. Brit having her hair extension tracks showing the black bra and panties and fishnet stockings gave viewers the impression she was going to dance. However, Britney looked like she walked through her entire dance routine, having celebrities in the audience laughing at her. If Britney wanted media attention, she sure got it but alot of the publicity is negative.

As for the rest of the VMA's, it was your typical MTV's chosen winners. As a loyal MTV viewer for over ten years, it is very obvious who will be winning an award. MTV will start to show an artist's video more often during the credits of a show ending and the artist's video will air very high on the countdown to their once popular show Total Request Live. Overall, MTV should haved saved their money with the promotion on getting viewers to go to Vegas to attend the award show and just play more music videos!
