At the final date of Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez's tour in Miami, J. Lo admits she's expecting. With speculation whirling around for months that she is pregnant, she finally admits it! I think she had done this because she wanted the media's attention by keeping it a secret. The media watched every outfit she wore and what she bought when shopping to create gossip. J. Lo has not had alot of media attention since she married Marc Anthony.
I feel that the couple not telling the press much about their love life made them more wanted for interviews and photoshoots. Obviously it worked but I am not sure what they will do once the baby is born.
Will it be another Tom and Katie mystery of what the baby looks like? Or will we have a Britney Spears baby that is always shown in the media? The world shall soon find out, since J. Lo is about 6 months pregnant!

NEW HOLLYWOOD COUPLE GETS COZY IN THE VERSACE MANSION
According to my sources actress Rachel Bilson and boyfriend Hayden Christensen checked in Casa Casuarina Tuesday night where, according to our snitch, “They had a romantic night that was planned by Bilson--- the couple stayed in the Mansion’s $4,000 a night Safari suite."
Rachel Bilson was dating Adam Brody, former co-star from The OC for over three years and recently split. Since the split, Rachel has been seen on dates with several actors but Hayden has been the one she has chosen.
The couple has kept their relationship very private which is not something Bilson has done with previous relationships.
I found a really funny video of Bilson in her car telling jokes. Beware it's very cheesy yet comical at the same time.

SHAQ AND WIFE SHAUNIE ARE HEADING TO SPLITVILLE
With four children and five years of marriage, Shaq and Shaunie are calling it quits. According to documents, the couple has a prenupital agreement and sealed under court request. In Shaq's decision for a divorce, he claims that Shaunie has been 'secretive about her assets..having alot of certain properties made in only her name.' O'Neil currently makes about $20 million a year playing for the Miami Heat and that is not including all his endorsements. The couple's home in Miami Beach's private Star Island is on the market for $32 million.
I think that Shaq should divorce Shaunie especially if she is being sneaky about investments she is putting in her name. If he caught her doing this, what else has she done without him knowing? A marriage is based upon trust and if you can't trust your wife with your money then you should get a divorce. It is sad that it had to come to a divorce but she caused the marriage to get to this point.

THE REAL GOSSIP GIRL STAR IN TOWN FOR PHOTOSHOOT
Blake Lively, star of CW hit show Gossip Girl checked into the Ritz Carlton in Miami Beach. Lively was in town for the weekend to shoot the cover of Teen Vogue. This will be her second magazine cover for the show Gossip Girl, her first cover was Cosmo Girl.
Blake Lively is best known for playing Bridget in “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants,” but is now being identified from Gossip Girl as Serena van der Woodsen, a troubled, socialite teen. Gossip Girl is based off the popular book series written by Cecily von Ziegesar.
In recent gossip, Lively and co-star Leighton Meester who plays Blake Waldorf rival of Lively is jealous that Lively is receiving more media attention then her. Originally Meester was casted as the main character but Lively has blown producers away with her performance that she has received more lines.
Time will show whether the two are true friends at the upcoming award shows in Decemeber.

ROSIE MIGHT MAKE A COMEBACK TO TV
Our hometown Miami diva Rosie O’Donnell is rumored that she is in negotiations with MSNBC for her own show. Rosie is in talks to have a primetime 9pm slot which puts her in competition with Fox News “Hannity and Colmes" and CNN's "Larry King Live." Currently Rosie does not contain a popular reputation with the public post her few months working on The View.
Since Rosie has been off the View, she has been very busy taking care of her four adopted children. All of them ranging in ages from 6 to 13. Rosie was also spotted with former member of *nsync Lance Bass book signing in South Beach this past weekend.
Only time will tell us whether or not Rosie is able to redeem her reputation by receiving her own television show.

HOGAN CHARGED WITH DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Clearwater Police Department released details pretaining to Nick Hogan's accident on Aug 26. Cops have sited that Nick was drinking the night of the accident.
According to TMZ.com, In addition to Nick being arrested for reckless driving involving serious bodily injury, cops also cited Hogan for use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony, a person under the age of 21 operating a vehicle with a breath-alcohol level of .02 or higher and having an illegal window tint.
In the police report, Hogan was speeding at 60 mph in a 40 mph zone when he spun out and hit a tree.
Attached is a youtube video I found of Nick Hogan racing his car at the track. It's very obvious that he enjoys speeding and driving out of control. On the track, you can see how Nick's car drifts alot because he is going to fast to make the turns. Maybe this whole situation has opened his eyes to reality.

HOGAN PROVIDES COPS WITH DRUG TEST
On Oct. 16th, the Clearwater Police Department released a statement stating that they were waiting on the alcohol and drug test results for Nick Hogan. According to TMZ, in the investigation report it is noted that the roads were very wet and the driver (Hogan) was not using caution.

The cops will have an answer on whether or not to press charges for drugs or alcohol being related to the accident by Nov. 1st.
After this accident occurred the Hogan family who new residents to Miami Beach have moved back to Clearwater. The family has not made any public appearance like they typically do nor has Nick been seen driving a car. I am not sure if I were the Hogan family that I could allow my son to ever drive a car again. As you probably remember, Nick Hogan a 17 year old boy got into a car accident that now has his friend on life support for over a month now. I would not know how to live with myself if I knew my friend was in that state because of me. In a few weeks things for the Hogan family can either be better or just get worse. Let's pray that John can get out of his coma and not fall into a worst condition.

RICKY MARTIN TAKES OVER THE FILMORE IN A SOLD OUT SHOW
In Miami Beach on Oct. 10th, Ricky Martin was the first entertainer to perform at the new Filmore at the Jackie Gleason Theater. After Ricky's performance, the mayor of Miami Beach presented Martin with a key to the city.
"I've been in Miami living as a resident of Miami Beach for the last 10 years, and it is an honor. I love this place, I love this city and I will talk about Puerto Rico and, of course, about Miami Beach everywhere I go," Martin states in a press conference late Wednesday afternoon in regards to getting a key.
The Filmore located off 17th St. is a city owned venue that has a seating capacity of 2,500. The former Jackie Gleason Theater was under construction for about a year and underwent $4 million in renovations including a new sound system.

Some locations used in the music video include the International Hotel in Miami Beach, a convenience store located off Northeast Second Avenue and a Little Haiti nightclub.
According to 305 Films, the concept of the music video is based upon a Midwestern teengage girl on vacation with her parents in Miami Beach. The girl in the video is very bored watching tourists and Sean Kingston comes to take her to a more exciting, 'harder side' of Miami. The 'harder side' of Miami consist of children sitting on milk crates outside a convenience store, neighborhood children rooming the streets and muscle-cars and motorcycles that are 'pimped out.' The video is due out in late November.

AMERICAS SMARTEST MODEL CONTESTANT LIVES IN SOUTH FLORIDA
VH1's hit reality television show America's Smartest Model has a local model Brett Novek from Fort Lauderdale. This model is employeed at my current internship Irene Marie Model Management in South Beach.
Does Brett Novek have what it takes to be the smartest model? Being a college graduate from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Marketing, Brett has an advantage to alot of the models on the show. Since I have met Brett, I am aware that he is very intelligent so let's see if he plays the 'dumb model' for a while.
Below is a picture of myself goofing off at the agency. The comp card being held in the picture is Brett Novek. He was actually at the agency when we were taking these pictures of our favorite models. So he yelled for one of the interns to hold up his card too.
The show is based upon the same theory that all models are stupid. So the show has 7 guys and 7 girls who are on the show proving that not all models are stupid. Each week, the models are given tasks to have them show they have brains and beauty too.
In the end, a model will be coveted the title of "America's Smartest Model" and take home $100,000 VO5 Extreme Style prize.

According to Michael "PlayBoy" Model, a club promoter in South Beach all the celebrities who use to party were out this weekend partying.
Victoria Secret supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio partied at Skybar's Redroom on Thursday, Oct. 11th. My friend Bradford who works at Redroom told me that Alessandra was wearing a plain white tank top, shorts and her hair was pulled up into a ponytail. Bradford also comments that she was very polite and tipped the bartenders very good.
Actors Mickey Rourke, Eva Mendes and Giuseppe Cipriani, the famous NYC millionare were seen dining at Casa Tua Saturday evening and later ventured to the club SET. The celebrities barely left before the 4am last call was announced. The group then took a taxi back to the Catalina hotel where they had some more drinks at the bar. On Sunday, Rourke was at Scoreith the popular gay bar with an unknown lady on his arm. While Mendes and Cipriani laid out at Nikki Beach for the afternoon.

USHER AND WIFE BROWSE AROUND SOUTH BEACH
Usher was spotted on Thursday, Oct. 11th purchasing a few gifts at Atrium boutique for his pregnant wife Tameka Foster. However, on Friday Usher returns but with his wife to exchange what he bought her. Tameka purchased sweatsuits, swim suits and flip flops.
The couple has been spotted around town for a few days now. Since the couple was staying at the Loews Hotel on Collins, they have been spotted holding hands and kissing each other. "They look very in love," says John Nuvala who was their server at News Cafe on Thursday.

NICK HOGANS FRIEND REMAINS ON LIFE SUPPORT
Nick Hogan has been spotted partying at night in South Beach while the passenger in his car accident remains in critical conditions. The accident occurred Aug 29th and John Graziano, 22, still remains at St. Petersburg Hospital. Graziano was evaluated by a registered nurse who claims that he only has gag reflects and responds to a pinch. Graziano's pupils have no response to light which is a sign of blindness. Graziano's doctor H. Bushnell Clarke reports that "his prognosis remains guarded and that he will most likely spend the remainder of his life in a nursing home." Graziano's condition was also described as living on life support his entire life.

KELLY CLARKSON COMING TO CONCERT
Kelly Clarkson in concert? Wasn't it just this past summer Kelly cancelled her tour due to low ticket sales and her record label pulling her album? Of course that did happen! However, it is all in the past because Kelly Clarkson has made peace with J Records.
According to Ticketmaster.com, Kelly's ticket sales are extremely high for a pop artist to have a fall tour at outdoor amphitheaters. For her album to still remain on the Billboard Top 100 is not surprising for Ms. Clarkson, who has a history of staying on the charts for a while.
Well if you are as excited as I am, Kelly is coming to Mizner Amphitheater in Boca Raton on Nov. 29th. I searched for tickets and there are still some seats close to the stage available.
So before the concert sells out and you miss this beautiful Grammy winner, go buy your tickets!
BRITNEY BREAKS DOWN
As mentioned in my previous blog, I had no idea what it was going to take for Britney to stop partying. On Oct. 1st, when Britney dropped the kids off at her ex husband's house, the courts declared Kevin full custody of the children. In a court order, the judge declared that Britney had to take weekly drug tests, attend parenting classes and was not able to drink alcohol the night before having the children. Also the judge ordered that both Britney and Kevin have valid drivers licenses in the state of California. Britney did not enroll in parenting classes, never took a drug test and had not applied for a California license.
Rumor has it: Britney is on suicide watch and has not returned to her home since the children were taken away from her. Every night she is staying at a new hotel.
